
Knee, Bone & Joint Pains – A Simple Herbal Remedy
This is a tried and tested honey remedy for joints shown effective through experience. Within a few weeks, tendons and ligaments should hopefully become stronger.

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons raisins (sulphur-free raisons are best)
- 40 grams pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons unflavoured gelatin
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 200 grams raw honey
- 4 tablespoons linseeds / flax seeds
Method:
- If the honey is hard, warm gently until it softens.
- Blend all ingredients until it is a homogenous liquid blend.
- Store in the fridge.
- Have a teaspoon before breakfast and before lunch.
